    Australian GP Postrace dicussion

    Post by in.s@ne on 29th March 2009, 01:49

So, the GP just finished, I just finished watching it, and am glad to say my pre-race/pre-practice/pre-anything prediction came true.

I've been a secret Button fan (since ROC 07) and am glad to see him back.
Also, who saw that Kubica/Vettel crash with 3 laps to go!? Madness...

I liked Kubica/Vettel until I realised it would bump Lewis to fourth...

Fantastic race, fantastic drives from Button & Barrichello.

I think that Vettel penalty is a bit harsh, I didn't think there was much he could've done about that.

As he said himself, his tyres had gone and he had nowhere to go, with the exception of stopping. I thought getting no points for the GP was penalty enough...

I agree, Martin Brundle and David Coulthard all said it was 50/50 who was to blame, and Eddie Jordan thought it was 65% Vettel's fault.
